What it does on site

One record for every trade on the plot — plumber, electrician, joiner, landscaper, paver — same diary, snag, form, and pack. If it is not in Todayworks, it is not in the file.

The problems it replaces

Paper gets filled from memory and falls over in a dispute. Photos in a group chat never become the job file. Full-suite apps price for a big office and bolt on quoting, invoicing, and fleet — a four-person crew should not pay a seat tax before Monday’s log.

What it is not
