What we keep, and why.
Todayworks is a site record. That means names, photos, and sometimes a location — so this page should be plain.
Questions
Questions: hello@todayworks.co.uk.
What we store
If you use the contact form: your name, email, optional company, and message — we email that to ourselves so we can reply. We don’t add you to a list.
If you create an account: your email, name, and company name. If you use the diary: site details, entries, snags, forms, photos, voice notes, and (if you allow it) GPS stamps when you start or finish on site. That’s the job file — not ads, not a marketing list.
The phone holds the record first. We copy it to AWS in London (eu-west-2) so the office and a second phone can see the same evidence. Photos go to private storage, not a public bucket.
Who sees it
People in your company, at the role you give them. A client only sees what you share with a link. We don’t sell your data. We don’t use it to train public AI models.
How long, and how to get it out
We keep it while your company uses Todayworks, and a short while after if we need it to restore a record. Email hello@todayworks.co.uk if you want a copy deleted or exported. Sign-in is Amazon Cognito; if you end someone’s access in the app, they shouldn’t keep writing to your company.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookie-free, collects no personal data, and records aggregate page views only.
