No. There is nothing on the App Store or Google Play. Open todayworks.co.uk in the phone’s browser. Add it to the home screen if you want the icon with your other apps: on iPhone, use Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen; on Android, use Chrome’s menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. That icon opens the diary. A log saves with no signal after the page has loaded once. Photos upload when you have bars again.

Open the site → Log. Pick a type (progress, delay, visitor…). One sentence, optional photo or voice. That is the diary.

If it still needs someone to fix it and close it. A delay is “work stopped”. A snag is “this is still wrong”.

No. The written briefing is on the phone. Read it, sign the crew. You are not filming anyone. HSE’s video only plays if you have bars, and you can skip it.

They save here first. The office copy is only complete when the picture has uploaded. Swiping the app away does not throw them away.

That’s the One plan: one login, one active site, £12/mo, 2 GB once you pay. 14-day trial with card at signup, 50 MB of photos and files on trial. Finish a job and that slot frees — the record stays on file.

Yes. One and Duo trials collect a card at Stripe Checkout when you start — you are not charged until the trial ends. One: 14 days, 50 MB. Duo: 7 days, 100 MB. Signup starts on One. Pay when the trial ends, or sooner if you need more space.

When the trial ends (or payment fails), new logs and edits pause. Nothing on the phone is deleted. Export packs and open files still work. The office manages the card at Company → Plans & billing.

Yes. Annual is 12 months for the price of 10 on One, Duo, Crew, and Team: One £120/year (£10/mo), Duo £240 (£20/mo), Crew £450 (£37.50/mo), Team £690 (£57.50/mo). That discount is the base plan only. Extra people, sites, and storage stay at +£6, +£3, and +£4 per 10 GB — on an annual subscription those add-ons bill once a year at £72, £36, and £48, not at the discounted plan rate. One’s 14-day trial and Duo’s 7-day trial still apply if you choose annual: card at checkout, no charge until the trial ends, then the year is billed. Crew and Team have no trial, so annual checkout charges the year straight away. Cancel keeps access until the end of the year you have paid.

Office login → Company → Plans & billing. Upgrade opens Stripe checkout. Invoices, update card, and cancel subscription open the Stripe billing portal from that page. Cancel keeps access until the paid period ends, then the account goes read-only.

Trial caps are small (50 MB on One, 100 MB on Duo). Paid plans include GB per tier. On an active subscription, office can add +10 GB packs from Plans & billing. The diary line still saves without a new photo.

On an active paid plan, office can add +£6/person or +£3/active site from Plans & billing (self-serve). Caps in the app update straight away. You can still upgrade the plan tier if that fits better. Those add-ons are not part of the annual 2 months free.

Office sends a link from Team. The crew member opens it on their phone with their own email — not the office login. If the link looks cut off, ask for a fresh one. Viewers can read; operatives can write.

That JSON is the API, not the app. Open Todayworks itself. A client share only opens on the phone that holds the job file until a second device can pull the same pack. Hand this phone over, or print the PDF.

Yes. One job file, not a separate app per trade. Diary types stay the same. Labour chips cover joiner, electrician, plumber, bricklayer, groundworker, landscaper, paver. Products can sit under electrics, plumbing, groundworks, landscaping. We do not add quoting or a wizard per trade.

No. Neighbour software can do the money. This is the site record.
